Process of Selling

No appointment needed, just come in! Offers are only good in our store as precious metal spot prices change by the minute, and we need to see the condition and test the authenticity of many items. Over the phone, we can give current spot prices and general estimates such as what portion of the spot price we are paying on bullion or premiums on items like Silver Eagles, but this will not be a concrete offer.

TIP: Avoid coming in at lunch and the end of the day as these tend to be our busiest times!

We look through your coins, medals, paper money, bullion, jewelry, etc. then determine the value and make you an offer. We try to be as fair and competitive as we can, but you are under no obligation to sell once we give you an offer. Most offers will only be good till you leave the store as the spot prices change and demand for collectible goods has natural fluxes. We also love to make trades! If you are interested in trading let us know what you are thinking of getting in exchange as this can sometimes impact our offer.

f you agree to our offer we give you cash or that value of retail goods in trade for your items. To protect us from buying stolen items we require a photo id and your signature that this was legally yours to sell for all payouts. Checks can be made out upon request and under particular circumstances. Once items have been sold you cannot buy them back for the price you sold them for, you will be charged the retail amount.Gold, Silver, and Platinum items may be scrapped and melted down at our discretion.
